TERM OF SERVICE

by commissioning me,you agree to the following:

  • my work is for personal use only

  • as the artist i maintain all and absolute right to my works,meaning that even in the case of a paid commision,you're not allowed to claim my art as yours

  • No AI feeding/training

  • i will only start working after receive payment

process and payment:

  • commissions are not first come,first serve,depending on the type of artwork,going from 1-2 weeks to 1-3 months. Deadlines and rush orders can be arranged with additional fees

  • i reserve the right to decline your order if i don't feel comfortable or im not able to work on it

  • 60% payment will be sent before hand, another 40% at the sketch approval(before coloring step)

  • i accept your edits/changes 3 times,after that there will be extra fees. Please be specific and give me many details on your brief as much as you can before i start the work

  • i accept payment via paypal/online banking/momo wallet

  • after the sketch is approved i will start working on base color->full color-rendering

  • refunds will be in different percentage depending on the commission status: 20% of the total prices will be refunded at the sketch phase,NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AT THE BASE/FULL COLOR PHASE
